Work that does itselfWith AI automation, inquiries, documents and follow-up run on their own.

What you get

Your team retypes data, sorts documents and calls to follow up on quotes. We take that work off your hands: inquiries come in, get processed and end up in the right program. You keep time for the work that brings in money.

Online store orders go into the books on their own

From first idea to a running AI system

You show us how it works now. Which steps take time? Where does it go wrong? And what do you want to see at the end?

Not every task needs the same thing. For each task we pick what works best, looking at quality, speed and cost. You'll hear why.

We build the system: fetching data, having it processed and putting it in the right place. Including what should happen when something goes wrong.

We test with your own data, adjust where needed and switch it on. After that, we keep an eye on whether everything keeps running.

Questions about AI automation

See all questions

AI automation means a system does your recurring work, with AI handling the tasks regular automation can't: reading text, assessing documents or sizing up a lead. If it's only about moving data around, regular automation is enough. For most small and mid-sized businesses, it comes down to this: you let the computer do the work that comes back every day.

Work that comes up often and goes the same way every time. Processing documents: invoices, resumes and order forms are read, sorted and put in the right place. Follow-up: quotes, new leads and emails automatically get the right next step. Connecting systems: an order in your online store goes into your accounting on its own. And answering customer questions through a chat on your website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Regular automation follows fixed rules: when this comes in, put it there. AI automation can also handle work that isn't the same every time, like an invoice in a different format or an email with an unclear question. In practice we combine them: fixed rules where we can, AI where we have to.

For work that comes up often and goes the same way every time: creating images from product photos, sorting documents, completing lead details, converting data or answering standard customer questions. Does a task cost your team hours every week, and does it go the same way every time? Then it can probably be automated.

For businesses with plenty of work that keeps coming back. An online store that puts hundreds of products online every season. An admin team that processes and retypes more than fifty documents a week. Or a sales team that gets more than fifty leads a month, with only half the information. It works best when you know what you want to get out of it.

Things you can point to: processed documents, followed-up leads, images for your online store. The retyping, sorting and forwarding happen on their own, and your team does the work you hired them for. Ten a month or ten thousand: it doesn't take the system any longer. We only take on tasks where you really save time.

No. You tell us where you get stuck and what you want to see at the end. We build it and make sure it keeps running. With images and content, for example, you simply steer it by dropping a photo into a folder. That's all you need to do.

We agree on that together. Do you want everything on your own server, or in a secure place in Europe that we manage? Either is possible. Your data never goes further than it needs to.

The AI sits in your system as a separate part. If something better comes out, we swap it in. The rest simply stays as it is.

Something that really works is often in place within 2 to 4 weeks. Larger systems connected to several programs take longer, but we deliver in stages. So you see the first result quickly, instead of months of nothing.

The build is a one-time cost, usually between €750 and €2,500, depending on how big it is. On top of that, you pay a small monthly amount to keep it running (from €25 a month). If the system processes images or documents with AI, there's an added fee per item processed.

The foundation is n8n: a system that lets your programs talk to each other. We connect AI from OpenAI, Google or Anthropic to it, depending on what the task needs. You don't need to know anything about it yourself. We build it and keep it running.
