New companies to call every workday, with the email ready to go

2 countries The Netherlands and France, for QleanAirThe system finds the companies and gets the email ready. QleanAir does the emailing and calling itself.See the case

How the system runs every day

The system finds companies by industry, location and size. Exactly the kind of company you want to talk to.

For each company we find the person responsible for your topic, plus that person's business email address.

Addresses like info@ and contact@ are kept separate. They end up in an inbox that usually nobody checks.

For each company, a short suggestion for your opening line: something from their website, recent news or what's going on in that role.

Everything lands neatly in the system where you keep track of your customers, in separate lists per type of address.

You get a name, company, context and a suggestion. That's all you need to call or email.

Questions about cold outreach

See all questions

Cold outreach means contacting a company that doesn't know you yet, usually with an email followed by a phone call. It's also called cold prospecting. It works when you do it right: the right companies, the person who decides and a message that actually says something. Not the same email a thousand times. We take the research this needs off your hands. You get new names every workday, along with what you need to know about them.

Lead generation is everything you do to win new customers: ads, your website, your network. Cold outreach is one way of doing it: picking the companies yourself and reaching out to them. The upside is that you decide who's on your list. If you sell to other businesses, it's also called B2B lead generation.

Usually between 100 and 200 companies a month that match what you're looking for. The exact number depends on your market and on how narrow your target audience is. We work that out together up front. First we count how many companies there really are. If there are too few, you'll hear it before you start.

For businesses that sell to other businesses and know who their best customer is. A business owner who does their own selling and sees the flow of new customers dry up between projects. A sales team of two to five people that loses hours a week searching on LinkedIn. Or a specialist in a small market, for whom a handful of good conversations a month is already a win. It works best when your offer fits in a short email and you want a steady flow, not one-off campaigns.

In three cases. You sell to consumers: ads and being found in Google work better there. You can't say who you're looking for: without a sharp target audience you reach everyone and no one. Or your customers buy within a few minutes, without a conversation. Then a sharper website will get you more. Better a no up front than a sorry afterward.

No. No mass email goes out. The system finds companies that fit you and finds the right person at each one. You decide what you send, and it's always personal. You send the emails yourself, from your own domain. Besides, bulk email gets you very little and soon lands your emails in spam folders everywhere.

The company name, the person responsible for your topic and that person's business email address. Along with that: what the company does, how big it is and what it's working on right now, plus a suggestion for your opening line. Addresses like info@ and contact@ go into a separate list. That way your email reaches a person, not an inbox nobody checks.

Yes. We connect to just about any customer system: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or your own database. The contacts land automatically where you need them. Using something less common? Then we build that connection ourselves.

The one-time setup costs between €750 and €1,500, depending on how much needs to be connected and how sharp your target audience is. After that, you pay €300 a month. For that, the system keeps running, we keep an eye on it and all subscriptions are included. You'll know exactly what the setup costs after the first call.

Usually within one to two weeks. You tell us who you want to reach, we set up the system and you get to see a first list. If something in it doesn't fit, we adjust until it's right. After that, it runs on its own every workday.

We build it in n8n, a platform where you can put systems like this together yourself. We connect it to the sources the company data comes from and to your own customer system. You don't need to understand any of it, but you do get to see how it works.
