That depends on what you want to take off your plate. Automating one piece of work starts at a few thousand euros, a complete system costs more. You always get a fixed price up front, with no open end.
Something small is up and running within 1 to 2 weeks. A bigger project takes 3 to 6 weeks, a complete system of your own 6 to 12. You see working pieces along the way, so you're never left waiting for months in the dark.
Preferably a fixed price per project or part. That gives you certainty and keeps us focused on the result. For ongoing maintenance we work with a monthly fee or a prepaid block of hours.
Mostly with n8n, an open platform we use to link programs together, plus AI where it really adds something. You don't need to know any of that: it runs on your server and you keep your own data.
Almost always. Think HubSpot, Pipedrive, Teamleader, Moneybird, Exact, Outlook, Gmail, Notion, ClickUp and hundreds of others. If your software lets other systems connect to it, we can link it up.
Strictly. Where possible, everything runs on your own server or within Europe. We sign a data processing agreement where needed and comply with the GDPR. We deliberately choose AI that doesn't learn from your data.
You do. Everything is on your own accounts. If we stop working together, it just keeps running. No black box, no dependency.
