Teklab has been developing and building products for other companies since 1994. For their sales team, we built a system that looks for companies that fit, finds the right person there and drafts a first email plus a follow-up. Everything goes into the customer system they were already using.
Five steps. What comes out lands where the sales rep already works.
The system looks for Dutch companies that fit Teklab and reads their website: the homepage plus a few more pages.
It checks Teklab's customer system to see whether the company is already in there. Existing customers are dropped. So is anyone who has unsubscribed or has been contacted before.
AI judges whether the company fits and picks the person in charge. It also checks that the email address really belongs to that person.
AI writes a first email, without links, and one follow-up. That's it: there's no second follow-up.
Company, contact person and emails go into the customer system, ready to be sent from their own mailbox. If someone replies or books a meeting, the follow-up stops.
The system searches and writes. The contact stays with the sales rep.
You don't need to know them. For those who want to know: this is what's under the hood.

Jesse Scherpen built the system and adjusts it when the target group changes.
