At SharpClicks, Jesse has let systems take over as much of his own work as possible: the email, the conversations, the quotes, the articles and the videos. Here it all is in one place, along with what he still does himself.

What runs on its own
Eight parts. For each one: what it does, and where possible, a number.
Email that files itself
When an email comes in, the system looks up the sender and attaches the email to the right client and the right project. If the client isn't in there yet, it gets created. First, an AI model of our own checks whether the email contains anything that shouldn't get out, like a password. If so, it stops and Jesse gets an alert.
Every conversation becomes a to-do list
Jesse records his conversations. The system recognizes by itself which client it's about, writes a summary and pulls out the tasks: for Jesse and for the client. If something keeps coming up, the task moves up the list.
A quote with one button
Every client has a button: generate quote. The system takes the latest conversations and emails with that client and writes a quote in our own template. It stays a draft: Jesse reads it through and sets the price. He built the customer system itself with AI too.
Articles that go online on their own
The articles in our knowledge base come from the same system we deliver to clients. It picks a topic, checks what's already been written about it, writes the article and puts it on the site.
Finding new clients
We find our own clients with a system too. It looks for companies, reads their website and drafts a short, personal email. Jesse does the sending himself: nothing ever goes out the door on its own.
Videos that edit themselves
Jesse films his phone calls. An AI watches the footage, picks the moments and turns them into short videos in our brand style, with subtitles. A script posts them to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Jesse does Snapchat by hand.
Calling with the design ready
Jesse calls businesses whose website has something wrong with it. By then, the design for a new site is already done, made in Figma. If the business owner wants to see it, Jesse comes by.
Videos that went online on their own
In October 2025 we ran a test. A system came up with short videos, had AI make them and posted them itself, on three new accounts with no followers. It's no longer running.

Not everything runs on its own, and that's the point. The system does the work that's the same every time. The rest stays with Jesse.
