QleanAir makes air purifiers and smoking cabins for workplaces. The company is based in Sweden and listed on the stock exchange. For their sales reps in the Netherlands and France, we built a system that adds matching companies to a list every workday.
Five steps, without anyone lifting a finger. Then it's QleanAir's turn.
In France it starts at 9:00 AM every workday. The system looks for companies that match the target group. Anything it has seen before, it skips.
It reads each company's website: the homepage plus a few pages it picks itself, like the ones about the factory, the team and contact.
AI judges whether the company fits. It gives a score from 0 to 100 and writes a few sentences on why. If it doesn't fit, it's dropped.
For a company that fits, it finds the person in charge, with a business email address. If it can't find anyone, the company's general address goes on the list.
It writes a first email in the country's language, about this company and this person. Everything goes into a shared spreadsheet. The system doesn't send anything.
The system does the prep. A person makes the contact.
You don't need to know them. For those who want to know: this is what's under the hood.

Jesse Scherpen built the system and keeps an eye on it. If the target group changes, he adjusts it.
