Getting found, across borders too

4 languages Dutch, English, German and FrenchEvery article in the knowledge base appears in four languages. Almost nobody searches for this field in Dutch. In Germany and the US, far more people do.A new article online every week

RS Contracting is a machine builder from Coevorden, the Netherlands. They make machines that mix powders and liquids, for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We built their site. Since then, more kept getting added: the articles, the configurator, the LinkedIn posts and the ads.

It started with the site

Built in WordPress, in four languages. Visitors find the machines there, the knowledge base and a configurator: answer a few questions, and AI recommends a machine.

How articles go live

Four steps. The last one is what it's all about: review once, four languages online.

The topic

A list holds the topics people search for. On a fixed day, the system takes the next one and reads the top-ranking pages about it.

The article, with the machines

AI writes the article in RS Contracting's tone. At the bottom, three machines that fit the topic are added.

RS Contracting reviews

Someone at RS Contracting gets an email, reads the article and clicks publish or reject. Without a click, nothing goes online.

The portal: the article as it will look, with the buttons Opslaan, Afkeuren and Publiceren (Save, Reject and Publish) at the bottom

Four languages

Once the Dutch article is online, the system makes the English, German and French versions. That's how all eighteen articles are on the site in four languages.

And what elsewe do

After the site, more kept getting added. Not everything is a system: some of it is just plain work.
