An agency that makes blogs for its clients wanted to stop paying expensive freelance writers. On top of that, every client asked for a different tone. We built each site its own writer: 51 articles a month in total. We don't name the agency.
The agency made 80 to 90 blogs a month, all by hand. Of those, 51 came to us.
Four steps. The agency stayed in charge: it chose the topics and put the articles online itself.
Each client site got its own version of the system, with its own tone. That way an article for one client doesn't sound like one for another.
For each client, the agency put the keywords and topics in a list. The split across the four sites was fixed.
The system read what the top search results said about the topic. Then it wrote an article of about a thousand words, with subheadings, links to that client's pages and the text for Google.
The article went to the agency as a document. The agency did the final check and put it online itself.
You don't need to know them. For those who want to know: this is what's under the hood.
